Hello dear friends, here is a quick newsletter with a few brief updates:
Sex, Love, and Marriage in Africa: A Manual to Help the Church be Different is published and available here. This book is the outworking of my (Stacey’s) DMin program. The version linked here is the American English version. The Cameroonian version is being translated and should be published in 2027. The French version has been circulated for testing to around 11 different communities within Cameroon and the CAR and should also be published in 2027. Please pray with us that this book would have a far-reaching impact and be a tool for the sanctification of the African church.
Translation. We are halfway through the translation of Luke, and the translation is going well overall. Yes, the work is arduous, and we all pull out tons of hair, but we are also constantly honored to get to spend so much time soaking in the Word of God. Translating through Luke has made our Kwakum colleagues, and us, love Jesus in a new way.
